I have checked email Notification settings of your form and email address that is set as recipient email of your Notification is different than email address of your account.
I have checked our email log and I saw that you used Test Email button to test your Notification. If you are trying to test the email alerts using " Test Email " button please note that this will always send the email notification to your account email address, which is different that email address that is set inside of your Notification. You have to make an actual submission in your form to test the recipient email of the form. Please refer to this guide here How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address.
