Wrong username response when viewing the form submissions

    I'm trying to view my submitted form from my browser. the response I get is "wrong username" not in database.

     

    Please tell me what to do to fix this problem.

    I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you are receiving an error while trying to view the submissions of your JotForm? I see that your form is encrypted and the form submissions can be viewed only when the correct key is uploaded. Please refer to the following guide for more information with Encrypted forms.
