How do I add an image?

This is possible by clicking on the Basic Fields while on the Form Builder, there you will find the image filed and you may click on it or drag and drop it where you need it to be. 

Once the field is added you will get a window where you should select how you will add the image:

Only need to select the method that you want and that is all.
