Why all of my forms are disabled?

    I have about 3 embedded forms on my website. All are enabled within the control panel however when I try to view the forms they do not show. When I try to view them within the control panel a message states this form is disabled.


    Please help!

    I have checked some of your forms and I found that you are asking for Credit Card details at least in two to of them:

    I removed the fields from these forms: 



    Your forms are disabled and your account suspended when you are asking for  information that is not allowed in JotForm, then our anti-phishing system detects this unusual activity and proceed with the actions mentioned above, this is specified in our terms and if you want to collect payments, sell products or collect donations you must use our payment integrations

    Please remove those fields from your other forms, otherwise your forms and your account will be disabled again.
