Why do I keep receiving "You've reached your 1,000 form view limit" email when my analytics show only 328 views?

    I have been receiving emails prompting me to upgrade my account because my forms have exceeded the 1K monthly view limit however when I log into my account and view the analytics for all forms the total views is less than 400.  Please advise, the email is telling me that my forms will be disabled if I don't pay for these Jotforms however I've validated that I'm well below the 1K monthly cap.  Thank you

    Hello stephani.renay,

    You're probably viewing the form's analytics data on Weekly view (default). If you change the view to Monthly, or change the custom date from April 1 to 22, you will notice that it is more than 328.

    If you wish to not be restricted by form view limits, you may set a JotForm footer on your forms in order to stop accumulating form view counts. You can do this in our account settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
