It says my form is over quota and it's not showing up on my website. What does that mean?

You have currently passed the payment submissions limit allocated for this month. See the pricing page for more details about the limits of every plans http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

You currently have a total 11 payment submissions, while free user's limit for payment submissions is 10. To reinstate your account, you may upgrade to any of the paid plans for a higher limit or if you don't wish to upgrade, you have to wait until the submissions counter resets to zero which happens every first day of the following month.
