It looks like you have some server issues and the files that are included in our submissions do not show.
When will this be fixed?
I would like to mention that the errors and partial breakdowns of your service have been increasing lately which is not a great thing for people who have to work with tight deadlines.

I've checked your submissions. I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. I am able to see the images on your submissions page without any issue.
However, when I've checked your PDF submission. the images are not visible on my side.
To solve that issue, you can customize the PDF Design easily with JotForm.
First of all, click on the Customize PDF.
Then, click on Reset button but DO NOT save. At that time, it will work as expected.
If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
