I followed instruction from your FAQS (https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications) about sending notifications to my email when someone fills up and submit the form. However, I am not receiving those notifications. How should I make it work?
Could you please check your spam, trash, and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder anymore. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
