I suddenly lost access to all uploaded pictures in all submissions to all my forms. Is there a bug in your system?

I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having on your submissions page.
However, when I've checked your PDF submission the images are not visible on my side. To solve that issue, you can customize the PDF Design easily with JotForm.
First of all, click on the Customize PDF.
Then click on Reset button but DO NOT save. At that time, it will work as expected.
