Downgrade affecting a form with no payment integration

    This form https://form.jotformeu.com/adrianodaloia/cs (1) went over quota although it does not include any payment integration. This form https://form.jotformeu.com/22982147090354 (2) does include payment fields and the over quota is ok because it got more than 10 payments this month. But form 1 has been created after form 1 and now my recent downgrade is affecting the first module. I am upgrading again in order to accept more than 10 payments/month for form 2, but I need that the two forms go separately and to not experience the same problem for form 2 when I will downgrade again.

    I see that these two forms are associated with your account.  Accounts with Free subscription plan can receive up to 100 submissions/10 payments per month and store files up to 100MB. You may check the account status by clicking on User icon on the top-right corner while you are logged in to your account or from Usage section in your account settings.

     
     

     

    If any of the limits are exceed during the month, all the forms in the account shall be disabled. Please refer to our pricing page for more information on monthly submission limits. 
     
    Since you have now upgraded your account to Bronze, the forms are now active and you should be receiving the submissions on all the forms in your account without any issue.

    five forms or so are associated to my account, but only one has a PayPal integration (and this was the reason why I upgraded to Bronze). but I need to downgrade at the end of June without losing the functionality (over quota) of the other forms and back to my previous management. should I have to delete the PayPal-integrated form?
