    My email notifiers have {DATE:Full-EU} in them but the time is not correct according to the Time Zone setting in my Account Settings?

    i've found my own answer, seems like this is your server time not the local Time Zone.

    I followed advice on another thread to add date\time field to my form but now need assiatnce to hide this fro the user but still have the current date\time available on email notifiers.

    Advancemoves, you can reflect to the form the time zone you want by changing the Time Zone in your Account Settings, that is on the Right lower portion where the login portion is located.

    And you can easily hide the date/time using the Condition in Setup & Embed Property.
    Example Condition, if Email field is filled up (a required field),  then Hide the Date/Time field.
    It will not be visible in the form.

    hope this answers your question.

    sorry, the submission date and time does not refelct time zone in the notification emails and your second option if hiding the submission date based on a condition does indeed hide the fields but then the value is not reflected in the emails

    Advancemoves,
    Please check if this answer to what you need.

    You have to use the {DATE} function instead.
    On the screen of my gmail I was able to received the Notification Email with the correct Time Zone using the {DATE} function.

    The next 2 screens are the part that you have to Edit in your email messages.
    You can also delete already the Date field at the bottom of your form since it is not needed anymore.

    no sorry, this does not work, this was my original problem.  I have just tested this again and my date value in the email was 10:54.  It is 16:54 here in Spain.

    On another thread, someone suggesting useing the Date fields on the form and setting their Display value in the source code to NONE?  Are you able to do this for me?

    advancemoves, I need to get clear on something.
    In your submission email, you want that it reflects time in Spain?
    In the part  where you indicate "Your submission was received at 2012-03-07 09:52:31", you wanted the blue date/time in Spain local time?

    yes, correct.  I am in Spain, my Customers will always be in Spain.  The form they submit has to be actioned against a daily deadline.  Therefore I need to know and report back to them, via the emails, what time the submission was made.

    I used the {DATE} tag in the email but it never represents my local time, regardless of what I set the Time Zone at.

    On another support thread I saw that a support peson had suggested using a Submission Date field and then used code to hide this.  Hiding by condition deletes the date\time in the emails.

    Thanks

    hi advancemoves,
    This should solve this finally.

    What we will do is to hide the "Submission Date" field without deleting the date/time values.
    We will do some CSS injection into the form for this.

    Steps:

    1. Make sure you still have the "Submission Date" field and it is set the Default Time to Yes (you can find this in the Property menu)

    2. In the E-mail Alert, modify the {DATE} function we use earlier to {submissionDate} instead, that is the Submission Field name. Do this on the Notification and also on the Confirmation E-mails.
    Please see the screen below.

    3. In the Condition (where we hide the Date field), please delete that condition.

    4. Now, for the CSS injection, please use this guide . on how to.

    5. You need to Inject this value.

    #id_57{

    display:none;

    }

    NOTE: You will Insert this Value at the last portion of the CSS. Please make sure you do not Delete the existing CSS values there.

    6. After Injecting, close the Form. To make sure you did it correctly, check on the "Submission Date" field at the bottom, it should be invisible or cannt be accessed anymore.

    7. Preview and Test the Form.

    Please try if you can do it. If you need further help, check on me.
