    I received this email below. My employee set up this account. I am not sure what the email is exactly saying when it says "reached your limits".

    Does that mean submitted forms have to be deleted? If so I have gone in and deleted hundreds of submissions. Let me know.

    Please note that each account has its limits. Please check our pricing page for the difference of each account type or plan: https://www.jotform.com/pricing.

    Now you are in "Free" plan, please note that if you are in "Free" plan you are only allowed to have a total upload space of 100 MB. In your case, you have 245.30 MB. When you reached or exceeded your account limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. 

    In your case, to continue using your forms, you need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR delete submissions with file uploads on them. Deleting submissions with file uploads on them will free up your upload space, however, please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers. It would be best to download your submissions and file uploads for backup purposes. You can download your submissions and file uploads in the submissions page, here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

    Please also note that forms in the trash folder that has submissions with file uploads will still take up upload space, you need to purge them there to completely remove them in our servers.
