    My forms are not sending all completed fields, even though all fields are being completed

    Hello ... My Thinkzilla consultation form is forwarding all completed fields over. Example... The investment budget amount is coming through blank although the field is being completed, the evening phone number field is doing the same thing.

    It seems like you have edited the form, if you check your form there are no fields like "Invenstment budget amount" and "Evening phone number".

     

    When I checked your email notification template, I see there are four sections that are not found in your form. I presume these fields were existing in the form previously, but you have edited or deleted them. Unfortunately, sometimes the updates won't reflect in the email template, especially if you make direct edits on it. 

    Now because those fields are not existing in your form, they will show up blank in the email.

    You can delete the notification and create a new one, that should automatically reload all the fields in your form and add them in the new email notification.
