workflow question (approval triggers the sending of another jotform)

Hi there,

I have a "change in status/new student" completed by a professor.  When prof enters an e-mail address in form 1, have an instructional email sent to that e-mail address (of the new student) with a link to a new student evaluation form for completion.  I've read some of the more complex workflows, which make me think this should be easy, but I didn't find this "trigger" another jotform example.  Screenshot attached.  Thanks!

You can create a condition where if that email field is filled, then sent the notification, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection
