Why my forms have dissapeared?

I checked your account and I found 4 forms, they are loading fine and the links are below:

I checked your trash and found some forms, please check it, your forms may be there, if you find your form you will be able to restore it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms. 

Also, if they are embedded on a webpage, please provide us the links, it would be helpful.

Yes, Those are the correct forms. 

The issue  is they only appear on the web pages half of the time...they disappear..like there's a glitch...as the page loads, I can see a flash of the form in the header but then it is gone...
