Certificate Problems with JotForm API

    This must be submitted to the API team at jotforms.us:

     

    …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

     

    The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

     

    {"The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure."}

     

    …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

     

    Apparently this issue has cropped up before at jotforms. It needs to be handled by their API Team.

    To get assistance from our API team, please send an email to api@jotform.com which is monitored by our API team.

    We can also forward this support thread to our developers / API team as well, but in order to correctly forward it to the proper developer in our API team, can you please describe in a little more detail where you are getting that error, or which API call are you making when encountering it?

    I've opened the form you've provided, and didn't encounter any issues when loading the form.

    If you let us know what the issue is / how to replicate it, we will be able to raise it to the proper teammate from the API team to help and assist you. You can also contact them directly over API team's email provided above.
