Why am I getting incomplete fields message when trying to submit a form even when there are no imcomoplete fields?

Hi,

Everytime I try to complete and submit my form, I get a pop-up that says "incomplete fields" and it tells me to go back and fill in those fields, when there arent any empty fields.

I have just tested your form and I was able to submit it without any issue, I was  successfully redirected to the thank you page: 

Seems like it was a temporary issue, also check and make sure that all required fields are filled before to submit the form.
