I created a form with an upload for a cv and i cant seem to change the button to english
in my upload button for the for i created comes in spanish and i cant change it to english. how do i fix that?

I checked your form and I can see that the upload field is on English language. Is it possible that you were able to fix the issue? Here's a screenshot:

It's probably that it had something to do with your browser's settings which sets a default language. This is a common feature with Chrome browser.
In Chrome browser, this icon usually appears if the page is on a different language which the browser believes the user will not understand. So clicking this will change every text in the page coming from Google's translation database.
