Conditional logic not working when using img tag with radio buttons

Hi, I have 3 radio buttons on top of my form that i embed with images instead of text using Options > <img> tag

I've set conditional logic after one of the radio buttons is filled to show a text box. The conditional logic is not working.

I have checked your form's condition and radio buttons by creating a clone version of it. I can see that the conditions are now working.

To my understanding, you are originally using the <img> tag in a normal radio button instead of the Image Radio Button widget. Do you prefer in using that still or you will just use the widget? 

I have made some tests and was able to reproduce the issue you have mentioned. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I'm going to forward this to our developers so they can take a look at it. I cannot provide you any ETA to when it will be fixed, but rest assured that this thread will be updated once conditions work with radio buttons with <img> tag used as its option.

I would prefer using radio buttons instead of iframe widget.
