How can I change the registration name when posted? I want to change it to Meycauayan Fun Run 2016

I've been trying to figure out why facebook is picking up a different name. I also have cleared your form's cache here but it's still picking up the different title. I assume that that was the old title of your form. Probably the problem lies with the propagated data on the internet which I believe it will take time before it actually updates the web's cache.

So what I would recommend is to use the form you cloned and make it the form that you will publish instead as it is picking up the correct title.

I've also tried cloning the form in my account and changed the title from the Form Preferences. When I tried to share on Facebook, the title is shown without any issue. 

Could you try cloning the form once to your account and then share the new form to see if it appears correctly?
