I have inserted some text into my form but it does not show on the preview

Hi, I am trying to put some read only information at the top of my form I have used the test tool and inserted the text into the field successfully, however when I preview or view the form the text files appears but it is empty no text is appearing 

can you please assist.

You might have forgotten to click the "Complete" button of the "Text" field after making some edits or adding some texts.
