    Changing the Email Subject of the notification

    Hello Everyone,

     

    I have created a form for Kids Summer Camp, my question is: whenever someone submitted their data--it will notify us via email but it seems that the box says "Birthday Party Waiver" I am trying to locate how will I be able to to locate this but I cannot find it.

     

    Can you let me know how ill get it fixed and modified to Kids Summer Camp waiver instead?

    If I understand you correctly, you are referring to the Email Subject, am I right? If yes, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click the "Emails" button.

    2. Select or hover the notification and then click the "Edit" button.

    3. You can change or edit the Email Subject on the text box. 

    4. Click the "Save Changes" button when you are done.

    Your previous response did not include the screenshot you mentioned.

    Please follow the steps here to include a screenshot image once you replied back again.

    METHOD 1 (EASIEST)

    1. Click on Insert/Edit image button

    2. Click on the "Upload" button

     

    3. Click on Choose File and look in your local folders.

    4. Click on Submit
