Submissions are damaged sometimes

    Hello,

    Concerning my form "Senior'16 yearbook" there are attached photos. they are sometimes broken links and other times are working.

    Please help me with this I need those photos urgently and I can't retrieve them!

    I see that your account has reached the storage limit (100MB) and hence the files are not accessible. If you need more storage space, you'll need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan. If not, you may consider deleting some submissions with attachments so that the storage space can be cleared.

    You may check the account status by clicking on User icon on the top-right corner while you are logged in to your account or from Usage section in your account settings.
