My Jotform in Weebly website does not look good on Iphone and Ipad devices

Asked by pvendetti on April 24, 2016 at 03:39 PM

I just saw another question about this but not sure I understood the answer. I just used the JotForm App on my Weebly site and it is amazing on my laptop. On my iPhone, it cuts it off so they can't finish and no submit button. On my iPad, the entire form is there but it is not in the same placement, writes on top of itself and in general, it is all there but looks bad. www.pamelavskincare.com. Thanks for your help. Glad to have this option

I tested the website on Iphone and Ipad but could not replicate the same situation:

    Chrome on desktop:

    Iphone 6:

    Ipad 4:

Is this situation solved by now?

If not please let us know the iOS versions so we can run further tests. Also if you can provide screenshots it is much appreciated.

Let us know if we can assist you further.

That isn't the form.  That is a Weebly form and I apologize for not being specific.  It is the forms under the heading "New Client Intake".  Those are the JotForm that either cut off short (iPhone) or appeared in a weird way (iPad).  Thanks

It is the JotForm part which is the client intake . I'm sorry I didn't specify that.
There are two forms under client intake and that is the problem. I contacted
JotForm too as others said they had issues with forms cutting off on
    The mobile version
    Sent from my iPhone

I just checked your form and it is mobile responsive:

I would suggest you adding the mobile responsive widget at the end of your formhttps://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive
