I am having problems with my forms.

When they are submitted iget a prompt that lets me know internet exploreer can not send the data or find the web page.

This issue began two days ago...I am dying here.

Also I have been unable to upgrade or pay fees. I have been sent links to a webpage to pay and the page or site fails and simply spins then times out.

    What is happening.

I am having the same issue as ahs_forms with an Internet Explorer compatibility issue. We have tested the form using FireFox and everything worked fine. I am enclosing a link to the form for your review. https://moviemall.kptmovies.com/Facebook/Sweeps/sweepstakes.asp

    Thank you.

    Getting the error message:

Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.

For more information, see "Certificate Errors" in Internet Explorer Help.

    IE Version 8.0.6

I changed the code as you posted and am still getting the same error message. Thank you!

The problem is related with Microsoft Windows XP. Our security certificates and servers need SNI which is not supported by Microsoft XP, to work

You can find the details here :

We have released a patch to fix the problem, it's working now.

    @Jotform Support eee,

I went and tried it this morning as we were planning on launching this page this week and am still getting security errors on my end. Any thoughts on why it would still not be working for me?

Are you able to see your form using IE8 and following URLs?

Is there any errors in different browsers? Please try with the Google Chrome.

We are looking forward to hearing from you to proceed with the further investigation.

In addition to Mike_T's response, you might want to try first to delete your IE browser's cache and then see if you are still seeing errors. Since this is the 1st time I visited your page (only after the fix), I did not see any issues appearing on my IE8 browser, so clearing the cache on your end might help.

I tried clearing the cache and it still did not work and also tried going directly to the form link rather than through my website and it is still saying certificate error. It is only upon submission of the form that I am having the problem and I have found only one successful test in my submissions that said IE7 Test.

    Thank you!

Please make sure that in your security settings for the browser the settings  for SSL and TLS are enabled.  You can check if it is enabled by doing the following in IE:

    a. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

    b. On the Advanced tab, under Security, make sure that the following check boxes are selected:

    Use SSL 2.0
      Use SSL 3.0
      Use TLS 1.0

    c. Click Apply, and then click OK.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello mliz,

Tried all of that and am still getting the security certificate errors. The form works fine in FireFox, just not IE8.

Thank you for the confirmation, kptfacebook.  I'll let the developers know about this.  They'll look into this as soon as possible.

I'm having the same problem -- not showing up in IE8. http://www.cbf.org/page.aspx?pid=3109  We just launched an online ad campaign with this as the landing page and I'm getting hammered by our ad department.
