How can I modify the design of the submissions before printing?

How can i modify how the result should be presented.

For example i want to collect applications. And i want each applications that come in from the form that people fill in should look in a specific way.

A person goes to my form, fill in the application questions and fields. Then it is the result that i want to build so it each answer to questions and selection ends up at a specific place on a paper that i can print.

Is this possible?

You can customize the PDF file of the submission. You have to access the form submissions page, click the PDF button on top, click the Customize PDF from the options:
