Some email notifications did not get delivered

    I have around 6 conditions setup in my (New Job Notification Form) along with maybe 30 people that these notifications send to. There is a certain user that is not receiving the notification (Anita). This happened once before and I cant determine what the resolution is. Thank you

    I took a look at your form and see that the email was sent to the email.

    Now, this suggests that the email might have ended up in the spam or trash folders in Anita's account, instead of landing in the inbox.

    You can check all of the emails by looking at the email history: View jotform email history

    I do also suggest to ask her to check out the mentioned folders to make sure they are not ending up in there.

    It is also good to mention that you are having 13 emails set to be sent by the same email notification while the 10 is the most that we would recommend. The ones over 10 (11th, 12th, etc) are likely to not be sent at all.

    Hello welty,

    If you want to send submission emails to more than 10 recipient, you should add a new email alert and add the 11th, 12th & 13th recipient email addresses in new email alert. The following guide should help you how to add new email alert:
