How to import data from another form?

Asked on April 25, 2016 at 10:43 AM

Hello, As jotform is merging with mailchimp, I know we need to  have a paid account by tomorrow otherwise our account will be closed- is this correct? If so, what is the best way for me to import all the submissions from my forms in my account? Thank You!

I'm not sure I understand, I checked your account permissions_books and your next billing date is 7th of May, you are not scheduled for downgrade or cancellation. Are you referring to some other account?

Generally, you can download the data in CSV format and then use Import Data app to add to your submissions.

Also, we have this tool that combines submissions from different forms:

Please let me know if you had something else in mind.

I was informed earlier this year that Mandrill (the email tool) will be merged or adopted by Mailchimp and in order  to continue using this feature with JotForm, we need to have a paid monthly MailChimp account by 4/27. I'm inquiring how this effects our request submissions through JotForm.
