Use conditions to show a blank text area based on another fields selection.

I have also emailed about something i need adding onto my export form but havent heard back. I need to add a condition to where it says "do you have your own travel crate"  when yes is applied it needs to go to a box where they must give measurements of the crate, I can see where to do the logic and con0ditions etc etc but cannot see where to add a blank box for measurements, can you help with this too thank you:

Not clear on what you need to do, do you want to show a field based on a selection? On which form do you want to apply this logic?
