Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the PDF submissions link on the excel file. You could, however, create a formula that will do this.

    1. First, add the {pdf-link} tag in your email notification:

    2. Then make a test submission, the screenshot below is a sample of mine. I then copied the link in the "Download Submission PDF". Paste it on a text editor. This is how mine looks like:

    https://submit.jotformpro.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid=337408252041412743&formID=61154479770967

    3. In your submissions page, enable the "ID" in the settings:

    4. Then download your submissionas as an excel file. In the excel file, I created a column titled "PDF Link". I created a formula to where I will edit the download submission PDF link and based it on a column titled "Submission ID".

On my screenshot above, this is how it is setup:

4.1. First, paste the copied downloadable PDF submission link in a text editor.

4.2. Then in the formula box, edit it like this:

    Original:

    https://submit.jotformpro.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid=337408252041412743&formID=61154479770967

    Edited:

Basically, we want to remove the static submission ID (sid) that we have and use the column "Submission ID" as a reference.

    5. To apply that formula to your whole column, simply hold and drag it. Here's a screencast:

You now have a column for the PDF link of your submissions.

I have also forwarded this to our developers as a feature request. However, I'm unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon. Rest assure that they are already aware of this request. We will update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.

    Hi Charli
Thanks for this. I will try it out later.
I would like to suggest that links for PDF are put forward as a development suggestion.
    Thanks

My colleague has already created a ticket for this and if there are updates, you should be notified through this thread. The given workaround is very simple. But if you need help with it, just please let us know here.
