    iFrame Spacing and Selecting Subscription Buttons

    Asked by autisticplayplace on April 25, 2016 at 12:10 PM

    Couple things with my form. The iframe spacing creates really large spaces between the rest of the form. Is there a way to fix this for my two embedable forms?

    Second question on my monthly payment option... The selection isn't showing correctly. How can I adjust this?

    and Selection payment option correctly large

    Can you please provide the website link where this form is embedded?

    If you want to adjust height of your iFrame embed form, you can change the height in the code itself:

    Please let me know if this helps or if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you!

    You're misunderstanding my first question. I'm embedding a form within my main form. They are both jot forms. and the height is not proportionate and there are gaps between the bottom of the form and the top of the form when I'm showing my embeded forms.

    I checked your form and seems like you are referring to the space shown on the screenshots below:

    Top:

    Bottom:

    To fix this you will need to add some CSS code to your forms, first add the nect CSS code on this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61036431102135:

    html.supernova, .form-all {

        margin-top : -26px;

        margin-bottom : -60px;

        padding-top : 0px !important;

        padding-bottom : 0px !important;

    }

    On this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61037021500133:

    html.supernova, .form-all {

        margin-top : -30px;

        margin-bottom : -60px;

        padding-top : 0px !important;

        padding-bottom : 0px !important;

    }

    Now you will need to change the height for each iFrame widget that you have added in your main form, for the first widget you will need to set its height to 962px and for the second iFrame widget set the height to 931px.

    If you want to take a look to the result before to apply these changes to your form you may reach my form here: https://form.jotform.com/61156121692956

    Hope this helps.
