    Morning,

I set up 2 contracts in jotforms, love the ease of this btw, but as I've tested them and had friends test them the autoresponder only sends the name, address, initials and signature fields but not the actual text in the contract.

I've found after submission I can go in and send a copy to my customer but I'd love for this to be included in the autoresponder.  I've searched FAQ's and googled but can't seem to figure out where to include the text information that people are initialing and signing that they read and agree to.

    Thanks,

    Anna

By default the headers, text fields are not included in the notification emails. You'll be able to add only the fields from the form to the notifications. However, the email composer is a full editor that allows to you to insert graphics, create tables, etc. The headers or text on your JotForm can be copied and pasted here in the email content.

You may also want to refer to the following guide that the submission can be included with the text and headers.

So that you can place a PDF link on your email notification as well.
