Form not Found error message after creating new form

just signed up for jotform and created form...tried to preview and got message: Form Not Found. This Form is Disabled

Why is it not working?

Our phishing detector can be a bit overzealous with newer accounts and due to having Facebook in your form title, your accounts was suspended.  Usually when people reference Facebook in their forms, they are trying to collect usernames, which is against our terms of use.  This is not the case with your form.

I reactivated your account and whitelisted your form, you should no longer have any trouble with that form.  I would recommend staying away from using any sort of social media references in your form as they may set off our phishing detector once again.
