When I get a jot form can I tell what email address it come from or an IP address?

    Yes you can, to do that please follow:

    1. Go to your Form builder.

    2. Go to Emails:

    3. Then click Edit email:

    4. In the new window, you can edit your email body and set IP address that will go with each submission:
