JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
What you could do is to generate custom URL links that will populate your forms, you can check more in this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters
But on the other hand, you will have to submit those forms. I'm not sure what is the workflow of your form and that external place that you mentioned?
Collecting submitted data you could do by extracting XML that you can parse to get data. To generate XML from your form please follow:
1. Go to your forms section.
2. Click on your form and click Reports:
3. And select RSS Listing:
Again, you will have to create your custom XML parser to generate data from XML created.
Hope it helps.
