We will have different department meeting and we like to copy those that attend each meet with a copy of the submitted form for a refers.
Some of the contacts would overlap from Department to department.

If the email will be sent based on the department selected, then you will need to use conditions to send the email to the correct email address, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection.
If you want to send the email to the person who fills the form then you will need to capture this email, you will need to simply add the email field and an email auto-responder will be automatically added to your form.
