My form doesnt seem to be submititng

When I get to the end of the form and hit submit it hangs on please wait and never sends.

This happens on both the self hosted and jotform hosted versions.

I can click back and continue to fill/change the form but when I return to the submit page it is still saying please wait

Is there any reason why?

additionally during my testing I reached bandwidth limit on file downloads last night, but submitted a new submission and it was working last night

I have tested your form and I have filled it out, I was able to click on the submit button, although it takes a while it submits the form, I was successfully redirected to your thank you page: 

You should be able to find my testing submissions on the submissions page, could you please try to submit your form again? 

If this is when making an specific selection, please do let us know, once  we are able to replicate the issue we will help you to fix it.
