We had a scholarship applicant try to browse and attach their transcript and the form timed out and returned blank three times. Now, I am trying to create a PDF of form to give the student; however it's been stuck on working for the last 15 minutes and no PDF form has been created. Is the jotform website having issues today?
We look forward to resolving the issue during our short application cycle.

I tried creating the PDF form for your form https://form.jotform.com/60465586188165 and it also fails for me. There is just a looping working animation that happens but it never finishes. I checked the console logs and I see a possible error in the script on our end.
I will submit a report to our higher team support so that they can check the create PDF form tool on your form. We will let you know once its fixed.
With regards to the timing out of the form on your user browser, it is possible that they were taking too long to complete the form and submit. What you can try on the form is enable the 'Continue later' option so that session will be saved on the user's browser.
Follow the screenshot below on how to enable it on your form in the Form Builder.
Let us know if timing out issue is also not resolve by this feature.
