The links for all the forms I currently have published show an error message that the form is not found. How do I correct that? I need them to be working ASAP. Thank you.

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. I did check your form and found that you have fields which is asking your users to input their credit card details. Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.
I have deleted the password field and activated your account again. Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
