Since your website was not using HTTPS but the embedded form was using one, it is normal that the browser will be able to detect 'mixed=content' on the website page. This was the reason for the security prompt the browser was showing.

You can re-publish your form using only its regular (http) URL on your website, and the security message about the mixed content on the page will most likely will stop.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further help on this.

Thank you for the information, however, we added the HTTPS into the form for a test

But if youi open any of these pages in Safari you will get a security warning on the form:

    http://start.harrison.edu/nursing/

    Any other options?

    Thanks!

By default our forms are always Publish using https. So this is OK.

But can you please show to us where exactly is the security warning you mentioned. I could not reproduce it when I was checking the form on your website using Safari browser.

Can you take a screensho image of the security error and share it to us.

We will wait for your response.
