Preview of the form, nor the form itself when opened directly are shown after saving our form

    This is the SECOND TIME this happens in one day. I need this finalized by tonight. I had just finished it, and when I clicked to preview it once more before sending it to my colleagues--it showed nothing. Can you please assist and fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I took a look at your form Michelle and it seems to be shown properly for me.

    Could you please check it our and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue?

    Also, if I understood you correctly, the issue is that either by opening the form or running the preview of the same, the form is shown as blank?

    Do correct me if I am wrong, and of course, do let us know if it happens to be happening again by any chance.
