Email notification is not sending messages to a designated recipient

    When I send a message thru Jotform form our website it does not send it to the the designated email address, but sends it another of our users address.  I have looked at support topics and think I have tried everything. Any suggestions?

    The email address (gitw@midni***kingdom.com) is not in the bounce list. I assumed you already check the spam or junk folders in your email. Have you already tried whitelisting the JotMail IP addresses?

    If the issue is still the same then please try changing the sender email to noreply@jotform.com. In order to do that, click the "Emails" button. After that, select the notification and then click the "Edit" button. Go to the "Advanced" tab and you'll see there a drop down where you can choose the sender email.

    Also, please take note that when testing your notification, it is better if you open the actual form and submit it. Using the test email button will only send the notification to the account's email address.
