When I create new forms with Google Spreadsheet Integration I can't save themAsked by aksoy.m.h on April 26, 2016 at 07:28 AM
When I create a new form auto saving and normal saving cannot be done. When I click the save button nothing happens, the save button doesn't even show the saving animation.
I already tried clearing caches of my browsers and jotform. Tried different browsers and computers. Nothing seems to work.
The weird thing is, when I try to change something in my older forms, I can change and save them without any problems.
I don't now if this helps but I make my forms with the Google Drive integration.
Any help would be appreciated.
I tested your account and I could make changes and save them, but I could confirm this difficulty that you are experiencing.
I inspected the form Koor 61163087090957 and it seems to have been created today and it has now saved fields. Is this situation only happening after the Google Spreadsheet integration?
If you create a form without Google integration is the save button working normally?
We'll wait for more details to continue.
Yes,I created the form Koor only via jotform. I already figured out that this works.
But when I create a form via Google Drive then it won't save like I described in my original post.
Thank you for providing additional information.
I created a test form and activated the Google spreadsheet integration, but was able to save it.
I have forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyse it better. As soon as we have more details we'll contact you.
