Form inside a guest account is over quota

    I use your jotform for my website and it has been a very practical and beneficial tool, I often advise my customers to explore the tool when they demonstrate the same need. 

    However, the tool has stopped working on my webpage. I simply get this link I appreciate that it advises an exceed, however since 26/01 - 06/04 I have only had 21 submission and the size of the files has been relatively small. Could you advise specifically what has been exceeded so that I can put right the issue? I would like to carry on using your service as it has been useful and would like to avoid our site developers looking at other solutions.

    This form is on a guest account and it has over 100Mb of used space which is over the account limits:

    Please register for a free account and let us know the new username so we can move the form to the new account. Then it is necessary to delete some submissions in order to stay below 100Mb of used space, which is the limit for free accounts. You can see here more information on our plans' limits:
