Form views reached again?

Hello,

It appears that the number of form views is incorrect. We rarely publish these forms, and all of sudden the views keep going up. Right now, it shows 1310 of 1000. Can you reset or explain why the views are unusually high?

May we know if your form is embedded on a website? Please note that every time the form is loaded or viewed, it counts as a form view in our end. If the form is embedded on a website that has a lot of traffic, then that will explain why you are reaching your form view limits.

I checked your account using JotForm's Form Analytics, I see that your form "CTOA - Suggestion Box" actually has a lot of form visits. From April 1-21, 2016, it already has 2,648 views.

You can also add a Google Analytics widget on your forms to get an exact analysis of the visits they are having. I hope that helps. Please do avoid creating multiple threads and only refer to only one to avoid confusion.
