We are using a Jotform to register orders from our norwegian entity. We are only receiving the orderform on one email adresse, although we have entered a few others in the Autoresponder email. What to do?

I have checked the email addresses associated to one of your forms and I can see that emails are being sent, I also have checked the emails in our bounce list and they are not in.
Could you please provide us the email addresses where you are not receiving emails?
Also, if possible provide us the link to the form with the issue, we will take a look and test the emails.
You're also able to check the email history for your email addresses by following the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.
I noticed as well that you are using a custom sender email in some of your forms, if this still persists, please try setting the sender email to the default address and make some tests, if it works, try adding the custom sender email again.
