I've been looking into this issue for you to assist you with your problem of recovering your lost forms and submissions after resetting your password.

When I searched your IP Address that is associated with your current account for our system I found you have 3 other accounts. 1 is a Registered Account and the other 2 are Guests Accounts.

Are any of the accounts as I've described below with forms you might have been missing?

    guest_40652744627054 (Dormant Account)

Client Call Log Form (0 submissions)

    guest_40652744627054 (Dormant Account)

Client Call Log Form (0 submissions)

    themanc (Dormant Account)

Order Form with images, sizes and quantity options (0 submissions)

    Data request form (0 submissions)

    Simplicity (0 submissions)

If none of those are the forms and data that you were missing then if you able please tell us the name or provide us with a link to the form(s) you might have been missing if possible so we can  try to track them down for you to help resolve it.
