    Hi there

    Client had this email through from you. I was under the impression that the Free account has 100 monthly submission allowance not 10. Could you please check the situation.

    This form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42733292393357) is associated to a guest account (guest_42733269338057 ).

    Guest accounts are only limited to 10 submissions per month. In order to enjoy the 100 submissions per month, you need to sign up for a free account.  

    However, if you are expecting more that 100 submissions, then I would recommend you getting a paid account. Please check the pricing page for further information.
