Something has changed with my doula contract form. When someone fills it out I get 15 email responses. This happens everytime I even edit it.
Can you tell me why and help to eliminate all these emails from happening each time it's filled out. I just want one email.

I checked your form and there are not currently any email notifications set up. However, when I checked our logs, there were indeed several emails coming through with the submission. Try setting up a single email notification for your form:
Then, send a submission through the form to see if the emails trigger again or if only the new one does. As far as I can tell, there should not currently be anything triggering multiple emails for your form.
