My apologies, I am not sure what you are referring to.  If you wouldn't mind letting us know what you are trying to access that now takes two clicks, as well as how to reproduce the issue on our end, we will be happy to see what has caused the change.

I cloned your form to test it and did not notice anything out of the ordinary.  It required only a single click to submit the form.

The process of viewing submissions is also the same as before:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

What are you needing to double click that used to be a single click?

Did you try to fill all the options? Did all of them work with a single click? If so, do you think i need to clone my own form so it works again?

What happened is when i click in an option to input the information I have to click it twice to get them work and I had to do it again to get my form fill out. The submission button is working fine but the options fields in my form.

Does this happen every time the form is submitted? I have, also, create a clone version of your form and like my colleague, david, I didn't encounter any issue. I have filled in all the fields in the form and it was submitted smoothly without me having to click twice. Here's a clone version of your form I have created: https://form.jotform.com/61170897115962

I don't believe it is necessary for you to clone your form. So we can make further testing, may we ask permission to make a submission on your form itself to see if the issue is just within your form?

We will wait for your response. Thank you.

Good morning,  i just found out that my form in a desktop is working good, and I tried in different phone following my link and it works good as well. But in my own phone is not working properly,  i tried to reset my phone from factory and still having the same issue. The thing is that 2 days ago it was working perfectly with no problems but since yesterday I have to double click to input the information in it. I guess the form is working good everywhere else but in my phone. Thank you for following this and tried to help me.

    Thank you for the update.

I can only presume that you might have something turned on in your mobile browser that could be doing that?

Also, is it happening on a single browser, or all browsers on that specific phone?

    Thank you for the update.

Making your fields required depends on your form requirements. If you need a field on your form not to be empty before your form is submitted, I would suggest you make the field required. Making your fields required, also, should not give any issues when filling it up. As you have said above, it doesn't work properly only on your phone. (By the way, what type of phone do you have?) You have, also, mentioned that it was working 2 days ago, I assume you just made the fields on your form required two days ago, is that correct?

Can you let us know what type of phone you have so we can also try to check what's causing this?

    Thank you.

My phone is a galaxy s6 edge, I started using the form in a daily basis from 2 weeks ago and it was working fine, now I factory reset and it was acting the same until I set the no required fields. I guess I going to leave it as no required so I can keep using it. Thank so much for all help.

If you want to try, do make then as not required, but then use conditions to set them as required once the first field gets filled out.

You can do that through conditions and it would tell us if the required - not required is the actual cause, or something related to the same.

You can see how to do that here: How to make a field required based on another field selection or input

Do let us know how it goes.
